6 CCE Credits in ICF Core Competencies – 6 Hours SHRM PDC
Research shows that mindsets contribute to behaviors that ultimately end in outcomes. Using the ICF Core Competencies, we take a deep dive into all 3 of these areas and how they inter-relate and affect one another in a somewhat linear fashion. Working with your clients to create awareness around these ideas helps to improve coaching outcomes and increases your coaching acumen.
