This course serves to focus on developing coaches' skills in mindset awareness, reflection, and creating outcomes-driven coaching strategies. By the end of this course, participants will be able to identify and address limiting beliefs and blind spots by recognizing how values and core beliefs manifest in client behaviors, uncover limiting beliefs, and help clients identify potential blind spots.  Coaches will also discover how to eliminate bias and judgment as a aoach by  reflecting on and minimize personal biases and judgments to better serve clients, fostering a neutral and supportive coaching environment.
