This course designed for coaches who want to deepen their mastery of human behavior and elevate their effectiveness in supporting transformative client growth. It explores how habits form, how they influence mindsets, behaviors, outcomes, and interpersonal dynamics, and how coaches can help clients create new empowering habits while dismantling outdated, limiting ones.

Aligned directly with the ICF Core Competencies, participants will also explore how habits tie to core values and their role in both creating and resolving conflict.
