Inside the workbook you will find the recording links to a previously recorded session of this topic.  You’ll need to sign in for each recording with your name and email when asked– that’s how ICF and SHRM like to confirm your participation. 

To finalize the “voice to voice” requirement, please email me at [email protected] when you are finished, and we can set a time to speak by phone or video chat if you are outside the US.  We will discuss your personal application of the content, including any case studies you might have as well as your thoughts and observations of the discussion you listened to.
